Returns and Refunds
INFORMATION
In order for BECHIC STORE to accept the return of items, they must be in the same state in which you received them. BECHIC STORE does not accept used, damaged, dirty or stained items.
For refunds and exchanges of bathing suits/shorts (for hygiene reasons), you should contact us by email to info@bechicstore.pt during the 7 days following the purchase, explaining the situation. For all other exchanges, you should contact us via the above mentioned email during the 2 weeks following your order explaining your situation.
The customer is responsible for the entire process of returning the item(s) to BECHIC STORE; BECHIC STORE only returns the new item to the customer after the returned item has arrived under the above mentioned conditions. If the customer resides outside the European Union (EU) and therefore the return process involves a shipment from outside the EU to the EU, we inform you that all shipments will be retained for border analysis and treated as imports. Therefore, it will be automatically subject to VAT, handling costs and possibly duties. In order to limit these costs and delays, we recommend that customers ship the items using the most economical service of their national postal service (not express mail) and declare their products as a “returned item”, a “gift” or simply “zero value”.
We remind you that BECHIC STORE offers an extra shipment in case you want to exchange an item and your purchase exceeds 150$ for customers in the United States and more than 120 € for European customers. For exchanges not related to defective or damaged items, the sending of the new items will be courtesy of BECHIC STORE when it is based in Mainland Portugal and your order has exceeded 100€. Similarly, for exchanges not related to defective or damaged items, your new items will be shipped at our courtesy when the customer’s address is elsewhere, for orders greater than 150€ or 150$. BECHIC STORE assumes full responsibility (limited to the value of the purchase and its shipping costs) for the items shipped damaged, defective or stained or that have been subject to delivery error attributed to BECHIC STORE. In these cases, BECHIC STORE will bear the costs related to the resolution of such situations.
FINAL NOTE: Unfortunately, BECHIC STORE will not accept exchanges or refunds for items purchased during the STOCK OFF season or in the “BALANCES” and “OUTLET” sections.
