Packages are usually dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via NACEX or DHL with unsigned tracking and delivery.

If you prefer deliveries with a required signature, or otherwise, an additional fee may be charged, and you must contact us for this purpose. No matter what shipping choice you make, you can always track your order shipment, talk to us to find out how. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees, as well as shipping costs. Handling fees are fixed, while shipping fees vary depending on the total weight of the shipment.

We advise you if possible to group your items into one order. We cannot group two separate orders made separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but we take special care to protect fragile objects.

The boxes we used are wide and their items are well protected.
